Dalam memproduksi produk-produk berkualitas untuk konsumen, saat ini PT Kao Indonesia memiliki dua fasilitas produksi di Cikarang dan Karawang serta Logistic Center.
Kami sedang membuka lowongan untuk:

1. Packaging Category Executive (PCE)

Responsibilities:
•   Ensuring supplier performance with company-determined criteria by implement supplier’s improvements.
•   Getting sources of competitive material price, stable supply of material, and good material quality by carrying out sourcing in accordance with the plans and procedures that have been set.
•   Getting competitive material price by carrying out negotiation on all prices quote given by suppliers.

Requirements:
–   Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent.
–   Fresh graduate are welcome but preferably having at least 1 (one) year experience in the related field.
–   Effective communication skills.
–   Good command in English, both both oral and written.
–   Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.

2. Purchasing Administration Executive (PAE)

Responsibilities:
•   Promote and manage the implementation of sustainability projects in purchasing activities.
•   Responsible for HALAL management in purchasing activities.
•   Purchasing data management for providing accurate data and report as well as purchasing administration

Requirements:
–   Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent.
–   Fresh graduate are welcome but preferably having at least 1 (one) year experience in the related field.
–   Effective communication skills.
–   Good command in English, both both oral and written.
–   Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.

3. Area Sales Supervisor (ASS)

Responsibilities:
•   Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum / quarterly / monthly / weekly.
•   Lead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target.

Requirements:
–   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Economics Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
–   Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encourages to apply.
–   Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership.
–   Have good command in English.
–   Challenge achieve target, creative, able to work under pressure and independent.
–   Willing to travel and to be placed all over Indonesia.
–   Have driving license (SIM A).
–   Three full time positions are available (North Sumatera, Solo & Yogya, Makassar area).

4. Merchandising Executive (ME)

Responsibilities:
•   Arrange and prepare merchandising activity schedule and guideline.
•   Create plan, control, and monitor merchandising implementation activity and project in-store.
•   Compile and distribute merchandising implementation report.
•   Conduct merchandising call excellent process.
•   Manage merchandising tools requirement.
•   Conduct routine market visit for in-store activity monitoring.
•   Manage merchandising concept room.
•   Maintain good communication and relationship with merchandising partner or vendor or supplier.

Requirements:
–   Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Psychology or equivalent.
–   Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
–   Have a good analytical thinking skill.
–   Excellent in interpersonal skill and communication.
–   Have an organizational experience (leading a team would be preferred).

5. Marketing Research Field Leader (MRFL)

Responsibilities:
•   As a field Leader handle marketing research on field.
•   Scheduling research.
•   Scheduling interviewer.

Requirements:
–   Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent.
–   Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or having 1 year experience in related field.
–   Have a strong leadership.
–   Have a good interpersonal skill.

6. Brand Executive (BE)

Responsibilities:
•   Execute & monitor brand activity & campaign (ATL, BTL, Digital).
•   Manage partner (Agency, vendor, EO).
•   Create brand & competitor report & analysis.
•   Visit to monitor & understanding real market situation.

Requirements:
–   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Communication or equivalent.
–   Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but preferably having minimum one year of working experience in marketing/ communication from FMCG/ finance/ IT – telecommunication/ digital company.
–   Fluent in Ms. Office (excel, words, power point).
–   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
–   Ability to think creatively and innovative.
–   Proactive attitude.

7. Brand Staff (BS)

Responsibilities:
•   Manage day to day inventory and in control of stock data.
•   Brand activation, events coordination with internal & external team.
Suppliers coordination especially regarding consumer communication (POP) and gimmicks.
•   Sampling activities including hospital agreements and digital activities.
•   Regular data update for monthly report (Nielsen, BW, stock).
•   Digital content daily feedback & ecommerce requests coordination.

Requirements:
–   Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Chemical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Mass Communications or equivalent.
–   Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or have 1 year experience specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
–   Familiar when operate MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Point).
–   Attention to details.
–   Good numerical aptitude and data analysis.
–   Proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skill.
–   Effective coordination ability.

8. Associate Product Development Manager (APDM)

Responsibilities:
•   Understand fundamental of all phases of product development.
•   Assess gaps in the marketplace and find niches to market new products to.
•   Manage consumer’ opinion of a product, testing the product in focus groups and receiving feedback.
•   Actively partner with Marketing in category reviews and brand analysis to kickoff innovation.
•   Collaborates with Marketing on developing innovation strategies and identifying key products to move forward into the pipeline.
•   Applies strategic thinking throughout ideation, conceptualization and commercialization phases.
•   Partner with the packaging team to develop appropriate delivery system and aesthetic for all Review and manage all package submissions.
•   Work with the vendors to ensure high quality and timeliness of delivery of goods.
•   Manage and lead teams though any in-market product issues, working closely with packaging, marketing, production to identify, solve and communicate in an efficient manner.
