1. Associate Implementation Consultant (AIC)

Job band definition:
The role of the Junior consultant is to be responsible for providing pre-sales and implementation support in technical / functional to the clients while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Develop and deliver high quality delivery. Very keen to learn advanced Way4 product features and benefits, product direction and overall WAY4 solutions.

General purpose of the job:
•   Purpose:
Working closely with Senior Consultant and Project Manager to support Way4 Project Implementation, maintenance and Support, and Training for Client
•   Objective:
Perform technical duties to carry out and sustain the system properly function.
•   Background:
Possesses IT Banking and/or Financial Services environment and /or financial payment instruments is an advantage.

Main responsibility areas:
–   Responsible for preparing and customizing WAY4 application following project specific requirement. This may include gathering client requirements, writing custom and standard program requests, setting up WAY4 system and business parameters, and testing.
–   Develop and maintain knowledge of product, integration, applications and services of the company and its competitors.
–   Perform installation and configuration of OpenWay software at client sites; provide on-site training to clients; perform trouble shooting and bug fixing.
–   Be part of the project team responsible for all project management and technical matters pertaining to the project.
–   Be resourceful and able to apply alternatives in addressing project and support issues

Technical competencies:
•   
Educated to degree level in Computer Science or Engineering
•   Preferably with IT and or payment industry background
•   Possess a strong analytical and logical thinking
•   Very good understanding of Java, Oracle database architecture and technology; knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle DBA activities is a plus
•   Good understanding of UNIX; ability to manage LINUX virtual machines is a plus.

2. Associate Technical Solution Consultant (ATSC)

 

Job band definition:
The role of the pre-sales consultant is to be responsible for providing pre-sales (technical / functional) support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Develop and deliver high quality standard presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product direction and overall WAY4 solutions. Design, validate, and present software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction and 3rd party complimentary products.

General purpose of the job:
•   Purpose:
Take ownership of the technical relationship with future and existing clients
•   Objective:
Successfully promote our solutions to our clients
•   Background:
Possesses technical expertise in technologies such as Oracle and Unix combined with knowledge of financial payment instruments.

Main responsibility areas:
–   
Represents the organization in customer-facing communication
–   Support and proactively engages in the sales cycle through answering RFI’s, RFPs, conduct product demonstrations, PoCs and hands-on workshops.
–   Confidently present industry and domain focused expertise and convey understanding and professionalism to prospective customers.
–   Promote the solution, create and deliver initial high level technical presentations to our customers at all levels within their organization.
–   Maintain technical competence by keeping abreast of new products enhancements, product best practices and procedures.
–   Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to suspects and prospects
–   Able to talk with different audiences, appropriately adjust technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest, and can juggle meetings with multiple audience levels.
–   Take ownership of requests for proposals (RFP)
–   Take ownership of requests for information (RFI)
–   Take ownership of technical support for tenders bidding
–   Draft proposals
–   Take leadership in proof-of concept exercises
–   Maintain the contract / account management databases

Technical competencies:
•

•   Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
•   Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
•   Very good understanding of Oracle database architecture and technology; knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle DBA activities is a plus
•   Good understanding of UNIX; ability to manage LINUX virtual machines is a plus.
