2. Training Development Officer (TDO)

•   Analyze the training needs of employees to develop training programs
•   Ensure training implementation
•   Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs
•   Maintain a good record of the training modules, case studies and other related training materials

–   Minimum S1 in any major
–   Having minimum 2 years experience in people development

3. ISP Transmission Senior Engineer (ISP)

•   Design, plan, & implementation transmission network FTTX & prediction of CAPEX OPEX
•   Design, plan, & implementation for BTS Hotel Switch & Router
•   Design and implementation for Radio License for Wi-Fi, CCTV, & internet solution
•   Coordinate for Wi-Fi & CCTV implementation

–   S1 in Computer/ Electrical engineering / Telco- engineering or related field
–   Having minimum 5 years experience in related field
–   Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Pathloss & Link Planner
–   Able to analyze and process data
–   Having good knowledge in IP and Transmission
–   Having knowledge about bill of quantity (BoQ) & billing system

4. Key Account Executive (KAE)

•   Manage partnership with the Operator
•   Coordinate with Operator regarding weekly / monthly meeting
•   Ensure the additional tenant
•   Ensure planning & implementation to obtain permit and achieve revenue target
•   Monitor project progress update

–   Min. S1 from any major
–   4 years of experiences as Marketing, Account Executive or Account Manager, preferable from telecommunication industry
–   Strong in build partnership and coordination
–   Good communication, presentation, and negotiation
–   Having high achievement orientation
–   Willing to travel
–   Good appearance

5. Asset Civil Engineer (ACE)

•   Maintain, operate and upgrade and company assets to ensure they’re functioning at their optimum levels
•   Design and update optimization processes of company assets
•   Test and improve the performance of psychical assets
•   Determine asset lifecycles and replacement strategies

–   S1 in Civil Engineer
–   Having minimum 3+ years experiences as Civil Engineer, preferable in telecommunication industry
–   Good in communication and problem solving
–   Having strong knowledge about MS Tower, asset Management
–   Having experience in project management and design implementation

6. Regional Project Support Section Head (Bandung) (RPSSH)

•   Monitor & control SACME project
•   Analyze project activity & project delivery
•   Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans
•   Handle project administration
•   Identify and obtain support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
•   Ensure the project controls team produce weekly reports in line with the project report
•   Analyze closing project

–   Minimum S1 in any major
–   Having minimum 3 years experience as ProjectController in telecommunication industry
–   Excellent coordination, analytical and communication skills

7. Digital Business Development Executive (DBDE)

•   Develop and manage relationships across the business to support the organization’s partnership
•   Analyze business aspects & seeking opportunities for growth
•   Research client business referrals, network and web leads
•   Provide prospective clients with all services offered and additional presentationsmand work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult the sales process
•   Build relationship with new clients in new markets to expand the business
•   Build network with related businesses and fostering business to business relationships

–   Minimum S1 in any major
–   Having minimum 5 year experiences as account executive or sales marketing and business development
–   Having good communication skills and networking ability
–   Able to understand clients’ needs and handle the negotiation process
–   Strong time management skill

8. Project Governance & Compliance Analyst (PGCA)

•   Maintain a proficient knowledge of rules and regulations and their impact on products, services and operations for a specific line of business
•   Analyze the compliance of project implementation according to goverment regulation
•   Conduct research of laws and regulations that impact compliance to include monitoring for new laws and regulations or changes to existing laws and regulations and providing communication to appropriate lines of business
•   Ensure the levy payment to goverment going well and not being fined
•   Establish and maintain good relations with the local government

–   S1 in Law
–   Having 4+ years experiences in related field
–   Having knowledge in telecommunication business
–   Governance relation and compliance background strongly preferred
–   Having experience in legal drafting
–   Excellent in negotiation skills and communication

9. AP Staff

•   Manage data availability and data integration in internal systems
•   Reconcile payment process by inputting, verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
•   Perform day to day financial transactions including classifying, calculating, posting and recording accounts payable data
•   Make recapitulation of AP aging report
•   Monitor rejection transaction and coordinate with internal & external

–   Minimum S-1 in Accounting/ Finance / Economic or related field
–   Having minimum 2 years of experiences as account payable / account receivable
–   Expert in making & analyze financial report
–   Attention to detail and data entry skills

10. SITAC Officer (Palembang, Pekanbaru, Medan) (SITAC)

•   Responsible in monitoring the accuracy of work schedule and quality of work project with prioritizing health and safety.
•   Monitor progress SITAC – CME
•   Visit the site to handling issues
•   Monitor progress CME and make sure all target on time
•   Monitor SITAC vendor performance
•   Monitor progress IMB

–   Min. SMK any Field/S1 degree in Legal, Telco Engineer
–   Having min. 1 years experience as SITAC
–   Having experience working in telecommunication industry (tower provider or tower contractor)
–   Has a strong negotiation skill and excellent in communication skill
–   Willing to travel all area

11. Maintenance Field Officer (Denpasar, Palembang, Jambi) (MFO)

•   Do ground patrol (routine monitoring & checking all function)
•   Ensure on-time trouble ticket handling
•   Ensure zero community case
•   Make daily, weekly, and monthly report

–   Minimum D3 in Telecommunication Engineering
–   Having minimum 2 years experiences in related field, preferable experience in maintenance tower
–   Having knowledge about system ( Generator set, battery)
–   Able to work at height
