Qualification:
–   Minimum D3 any Major
–   Maximum 30 years old
–   Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday
–   Able to speak in English (passive or active)
–   Familiar with social media
–   Don’t have trauma and phobias
–   Communicative
–   Fresh Graduate are welcome

Job Description:
•   Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading social media products and community standards.
•   Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on social media such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
•   Enforce social media terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the platform(s).
•   Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
•   Identify and escalate issues to immediate superior in accordance
•   Documenting social media to standard operating procedure

2. Customer Service Representative (English) (CSRE)

Qualification:
–   Minimum D3 any Major
–   Maximum 30 years old
–   Experience Minimum 1 year in Call Center (Inbound, Outbound and Handle Media Social)
–   Fresh Graduate are Welcome
–   Able to speak in English (Active)
–   Communicative
–   Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday

Job Description:
•   Answering an Incoming Calls and Respond to Email
•   Handle Customer Inquiries by Email and Social Media
•   Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
•   Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
•   Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
•   Complete All Call Logs
•   Updating customers profile into computer
•   Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service

3. Customer Service Representative (Bahasa) (CSRB)

Qualification:
–   Minimum D3 any Major
–   Maximum 30 years old

–   Bisa Mengoperasikan Komputer
–   Memiliki Skill Komunikasi : Komunikatif, Persuasif, Negosiasi, Responsif, Smilling Voice
–   Memiliki Jiwa Money Oriented
–   Siap Target danTekanan
