1. Management Trainee (School of Computer Science) (MTSCC)

Job Requirements:
–   Min. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information System major
–   GPA Score of at least 3.00 (or its equivalent)
–   TOEFL score of at least 500 (or its equivalent)
–   Maximum age 30 years old
–   Have a basic programming skills and data science skills
–   You have to be creative, innovative, and have excellent analytical thinking
–   Willing to be placed in Jakarta Area
–   Willing to work on Saturday (2x/week)

2. Operations Staff (OS)

Job Responsibility:
•   Conduct effective operational process in BINUS
•   Ensure excellence and effective information and operation activities
•   Provide accurate data and ensure confidentially for student operational data in BINUS.

Job Requirements:
–   Min. Bachelor Degree from Information Technology or Information System.
–   Have experience min. 1-3 years as operation staff or similar position.
–   Able to communicate in English (verbal and written).
–   Self-motivated and a team player at the same time.
–   Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, creative, and innovative.
–   Good communication skills.
–   Familiar with Microsoft office.
–   Familiar with any programming language Familiar with basic research methodology.
–   Willing to work on Saturday (2x/week)

3. Faculty Member (Lecturer) (FML)

Job Responsibility:
•   Ensure the quality of teaching delivery within his/her classes according to the standard (Course Outline and On-Line Resources)
•   Produce high quality research and publication
•   Participate actively in community service programs
•   Participate in the self-development program
•   Advise students on academic matters (e.g. learning style, curriculum, etc.) and/or conducting other activities (according to department’s job assignments)
•   Participate in the peer review activities
•   Increase the successful of global learning system implementation
•   Ensure that delivery of the program is aligned with BINUS University academic quality standard, DIKTI’s standard and continuously improved to reach world-class standard

Job Requirements:
–   A Master Degree or higher in related major
–   Minimum GPA is 2.75 out of 4.00
–   1 year experience in teaching /learning and research, preferably in Higher Education Institution
–   2—3 years professional experience in industrial field
–   Have academic status (Jenjang Jabatan Akademik) from DIKTI, is highly preferable
–   Have passion in teaching and learning
–   Good Analytical & Conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative
–   Excellent written and spoken English

4. Organization & Performance Management Officer (OPMO)

Job Responsibility:
•   Conduct the design process of organizational structure and roles
•   Ensure that SAP Data related to Organization management is up-to-date
•   Ensure the documentation of organization structure of all units
•   Conduct the process of job analysis / description
•   Maintain job grading data for all positions
Ensure the documentation of Job description of all units
•   Conduct data collection related to performance management (academic & non- academic area)
•   Assist in the organizing of the Performance Evaluation process in BINUS, and collect and maintain the documentation
•   Monitor and update headcount budget
•   Provide manpower data to other units
•   Collect and maintain the documentation
•   Ensures that SAP Data related to Manpower is up-to-date

Job Requirements:
–   Min. Bachelor Degree (all major)
–   Min. 3 years of experience in similar position
–   Able to create Job Description and Job Analysis,
–   Minimum basic Microsoft office ( e.g. Word, Excel)
–   Basic communication in English (verbal & written)

5. Associate Counselling Specialist (ACS)

Job Responsibility:
•   Contributing in the employee’s career counselling
•   Conduct psychological test procedure and interview
•   Provide psychological report results
•   Conduct assessment center

Job Requirements:
–   Min. Master Degree in Psychology major
–   Has obtained Pendidikan Profesi Psikolog
–   Has “Surat Ijin Praktek Psikologi”
–   Minimum 6 years of working experience in related field is required or in Industrial settings would be advantages
–   Able to do analysis in providing psychological report result
–   Has knowledge and master the psychological tools
–   Has knowledge in assessment center
–   Has knowledge and able to interview based on competency
–   Willing to be placed in Jakarta Area
–   Willing to work on Saturday (2x/week)

6. Program & Collaboration Coordinator (PCC)

Job Responsibility:
•   Track proposal and reporting deadlines, and assist in monitoring the collaboration work plans for BINUS University programs.
•   Write, edit and submit proposal packages and grant reports to partners and potential partners.
•   Responsible for database and record management of partners, potential partners, contacts, programs and activities.
•   Assist in plan and implement special events for partners and potential partners.
•   Build and maintain good relationship with partners.
•   Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department.
•   Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
–   Min. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
–   Required language(s): English.
–   Min. 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
–   Required skills: Communication, Project Management, Networking, Excel(Intermediate).
–   Familiar with overseas Higher Education and Corporation.
–   Willing to be placed in Jakarta Area
–   Willing to work on Saturday (2x/week)

7. Student Career Development Officer (SCDO)

Job Responsibility:
•   Provide effective implementation of Career Development & Services activities to accomplish graduate employability target in BINUS University
•   Ensure effective assessment activities for BINUS Career Center clients
•   Build strong and effective external and internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
•   Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

Job Requirements:
–   Master Degree in Psychology
–   Min. 1 years working experience as assessors/consultant/trainer
–   Has experience in handling the usage of psychological test tools
–   Special skill : People development , Career development method for job seekers, Assessment Skill , Counselling Skills, Training Skills
–   Willing to be placed in Jakarta Area
–   Willing to work on Saturday (2x/week)

8. Community Development Enrichment Program Coordinator (CDEPC)

Job Responsibility:
•   Organize, implement and monitor Community Development Enrichment Program
•   Guarantee effective program development and implementation of Community Development Enrichment Program
•   Organize participation and collaboration with Faculty/School to create policy and procedures to ensure academic quality and integrity of enrichment program
•   Proactively inform and communicate to students’ regarding Community Development Enrichment Program
Monitor and ensure effective student involvement in the program
•   Build strong and effective external and internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
•   Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

Job Requirements:
–   Min. Bachelor Degree from any major

9. Learning Solutions Officer (LSO)

Job Responsibility:
•   Participate in Collaboration between BCL&D‘s Head of School and other parties to ensuring learning system in BINUS.
•   Ensure the development of Curriculum for related particular BCL&D School.
•   Ensure both Learning Program & Learning Course align with organization needs.
•   Assist in develop strategic plan to ensure that both Learning Program & Learning Course is able to execute.
•   Build relation with vendor (module developer and subject matter expert) to develop training material.
•   Build relation with vendor (trainer/speaker/Instructor/facilitator) to implement training program.
•   Promote collaboration, partnership and relationship among the parties (Head of School, Subject Matter Expert, Module Developer, Instructor/Facilitator, and Operation) who involved in the learning solution project.
•   Provide a reliable foundation to build effective learning.
•   Provide applicable solution of learning in order to improve business performance.
•   Maintain good quality of learning material are developed and well designed.
•   Ensure the achievement of learning purpose by developed the learning measurement framework.
•   Support in Research & Innovation related Learning & Training.

Job Requirements:
–   Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
–   Min. 2 year of working experiences in the related field
–   Have experiences to develop curriculum and training program
–   Have a good communication, analytical, negotiation, & presentation skills.
–   Willing to be placed in Jakarta Area

10. Recruitment Staff (RS)

Job Responsibility:
•   Implement an end-to-end recruitment process; from initial sourcing, filtering, and screening process.
•   Coordinate with HCR for the recruitment administration process.
•   Update applicant tracking system and database as required.
•   Initiate employer branding.
•   Analyze and improve hiring strategy, process, and quality of hire

Job Requirements:
–   Min. 1 year of experience in internal talent acquisition (recruitment) or recruitment agency.
–   Experienced in recruiting tech talents.
–   Proven track record of finding unique ways to source and attract qualified candidates.
