Requirements:
–   Male
–   Sketch up and hand sketch is a must
–   Able to work in a team
–   Workshop based (Daan Mogot, Jakarta)
–   Able to work with deadlines & under pressure
–   Creative and innovative

2. Marketing Executive

Requirements:
–   Female
–   Preferably interior / architect / sipil background
–   Engaged in property industry
–   Good looking
–   Good communication skill
–   Creative and innovative
