1. MT Finance and Administration Analyst (Kode: MT FAA)

Job Requirement:
•   Maximum 28 years old
•   Bachelor degree from Accounting or Financial Management with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
•   Fresh Graduate or having experience in related function / accountant public will be advantage
•   Willing to be placed all around Indonesia

Job Description:
–   Supporting or Supervise branch finance, accounting, tax process thus generating financial reports

2. Customer Relation Analyst (Kode: CRA)

Job Requirement:
•   Maximum 28 years old
•   Bachelor Degree from any field, preferably majoring in Communications with GPA min. 3.00 of 4.00
•   At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the customer service or related field
•   Able to speak English
•   Good communication skills and high motivation
•   Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Job Description:
–   Conduct analysis and evaluation of the SERA Customer Relations program (external and internal customers) both in terms of conceptual and implementation
–   Provide suggestions for improvements to create the best service system.

3. Marketing Communication & Creative Design Analyst (Kode: MCCDA)

Job Requirement:
•   Bachelor Degree from any field preferably Marketing, Advertising, or public relation with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
•   Having at least 2 years experience in same field
•   Can operate aplication Adobe (AI, PS, ID) will be more preferable
•   Attention to detail
•   Customer Oriented approach
•   Preferred from FMCG, automotive, and tour-travel industry

Job Description:
–   Analyzing and creating brand communication and promotion activities
–   Both through Above the Line and Below the Line activities
–   As well as making design materials needed by SERA group
–   In accordance with the established brand communication guidance

4. Social Media Analyst (Kode: SMA)

Job Requirement:
•   Candidate at least bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field with GPA min 3.00 of 4.00
•   Maximum 27 years old
•   Hands-on experience as a specialist in social media minimum for 2 years
•   Experience working with social media influencers & KOLs
•   Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Attention to detail
•   Familiarity with social analytics tools
•   Customer-orientated approach

Job Description:
–   Manage and enhance corporate social media and promote brands through interesting and interactive content

5. Digital Marketing Analyst (Kode: DMA)

Job Requirement:
•   Candidate at least bachelor degree from Design / Multimedia / Marketing / Computer Science / Mass Communication min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
•   Having at least 2 years experience handling segmentation, test design, reporting and analysis design
•   Capable in media planning, media buying, Adword, Socmed, Programatic campaign
•   Solid knowledge in digital marketing tools, such as social media, hootsuite, google analytics, etc

Job Description:
–   Control all branding
–   Campaign and promotion activities within the scope of digital media channels (online)
–   Including content management and display of all website and social media channels managed by SERA

6. IT Developer (Kode: ITD)

Job Requirement:
•   Bachelor degree from Information Technology/ Information System or Computer Engineering or equivalent with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
•   Preferable 2 years of working experience in the related position, freshgraduate are welcome to apply
•   Required skill: VB.Net,/C#.Net/Java/PHP/C++ and TSQL (MySQL/SQL Server)
•   High level of attention of detail
•   Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things

Job Description:
–   Developer and perform system design for web or mobile application

7. IT Business Analyst (Kode: ITBA)

Job Requirement:
•   Bachelor degree from Information Technology/ Information System or Computer Engineering or equivalent with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
•   Preferable 2 years of working experience in the related position, freshgraduate are welcome to apply
•   Good interpersonal skill, communiation skill & analytical thingking
•   Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things

Job Description:
–   Analyzing and designing application systems according to user needs (internal and external customer) as part of service / company deal with customers.
–   Serve as liaison between business and technical aspect of project.
–   Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, timeline and scope of project.

8. Digital Business Analyst (Kode: DBA)

Job Requirement:
•   Bachelor degree from Information Technology/ Information System or Computer Engineering or equivalent with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
•   Preferable 2 years of working experience in the related position
•   A strong focus on detail, must be analytical
•   Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things

Job Description:
–   Ensuring the stability of inventory data (stock and sales)
–   Developing the latest data mining for market sensing development
–   Ensuring website performance, mobile application and feature development
–   Find new partners for strategic partnerships in digital channels
